Hi! I'm Riley, and welcome to my website!
I am a 16 year old trans girl (♥ she/her ♥), game developer, and artist.
I love to code, make art, and play indie games.
I also love to draw and make music, although I am still improving.
I am a big advocate for self expression, doing what you love, and being creative, which I talk a lot about in my blog!
I also have a rare sleep disorder called Idiopathic Hypersomnia, which means I never feel well rested. Without energy, it makes it hard to do even basic things in life, like school, programming, and even working on this website. Sometimes I might be a bit slow when it comes to updating my website, so please be patient!
I made this website as an escape from the sad reality of living as someone who I am not. Due to my current living situation, I am not able to safely come out as trans, and I won't be until I move out.
It's gonna be a while before I can come out, and I can't keep myself hidden any longer. So here I am!
10/14/2024 - Updated a few old blog posts to be more eloquent. Also updated the "say hi" and "my games" pages.
10/13/2024 - Now my site is mobile friendly! I had to change around a few things, and had to simplify others in order to get it to work, but I think it's worth it!
9/16/2024 - Increased the site updates and life updates height.
9/3/2024 - After a long wait, there is now 2 new blog posts. I promise the "Interests" section is coming soon!
8/3/2024 - New blog post! Added to the "about me" section, and added "Trans rights are human rights" <3
8/2/2024 - The site is officialy up! Yippee!
8/1/2024 - Spent all day writing about my Obsidian setup for a info post.
7/31/2024 - Refactored the website now that I know more about HTML and CSS. I love flexboxes.
7/30/2024 - Added navigation bar and basic pages. Pretty proud of how I managed to get it looking!
7/29/2024 - I have finally decided to make my own website. I bought the domain name, and spent hours reading HTML and CSS documentation :P
10/14/2024 - im so tired. when will it end? im at my fucking limit.
9/17/2024 - My mom seems to think that supplements and celery juice are going to fix all of my problems. I wish she would understand that my problems run much deeper than that.
9/16/2024 - God I wish I had the energy to do anything. I'm definitely going to graduade high school a year later.
9/2/2024 - aaaaaaaa I'm so sorry for the long hiatus. I've been busy with work, and then school started, and then I had some medical problems flare up, and then I got extremely depressed and burnt out once again. Luckily, I am doing a bit better now.
8/3/2024 - Told my parents I would like to do something creative with my life involving game development instead of getting a computer science degree. They seemed suppotive but judgemental.
8/2/2024 - The site is officialy public! Hope y'all enjoy it :3
7/31/2024 - I have a website now! I'm quite proud of how it turned out too! Very exciting :D
